Just imagine.
It’s April in Oregon. A rainstorm just stopped through & you remind yourself rain on your wedding day is a good sign.
Everything is green, & you tug on your boots to go outside for photos before your ceremony with your fiance-almost-spouse. The sweet donkeys decide to be involved, mostly they want to eat your bouquet. The cattle watch from a distance, seem like they’re striking a pose. Even the littlest ones.
It’s magical & sweet, calm with the soft sounds of the animals munching & the raindrops on leaves slipping off to the ground in the soft breeze. That calm, that peace, that joy. A little wedding to remember.
This styled shoot at Whitewater Ranch was such a dream. The forest & the meadow, & the McKenzie River flowing in the distance, it’s like a little hidden magical glen full of soft breezes that whisper sweet nothings in your ear.
&& when you pair that with Izzy’s magic creations (I asked her to put flower on a donkey and a cowboy hat and she enthusiastically did so!) It’s pure magic. Like flowers, on a donkey!! They cared more about eating the bouquet though, so you win some you loose some I guess. The only thing that might have topped it would be a flower crown on the little calves hidden in the herd.
If you’re looking for wedding vendors who care deeply & work collaboratively & capture candidly, this is your venue & team. I promise, they’re all absolute gold.
